YOU HAVE 1 WEEK TO COMPLETE THE RESCHEDULE OF YOUR OCT 3/4 WEEKEND GAME. REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE WITHIN THE 10 DAY WINDOW FOR OCT 10/11 WEEKEND GAMES, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RESCHEDULE ANY OF THOSE GAMES. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE LAST WEEKENDS GAMES. AFTER 1 WEEKED THE PROCESS WILL BE TURNED OFF AND ALL GAMES NOT RESCHEDULED WILL BE RESCHEDULED BY TYSA. DATES PICKED BY TYSA WILL STAND AT THAT POINT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE RESCHEDULED.
Coaches: Affinity has added the "BROWSE FIELD USAGE" button to the "Schedules / Game Scoring Page". You can now view field availability to help reschedule your games.
These Schedules are still being adjusted. Coaches can contact me if game times are too early in the morning still for travel times. I will do my best to adjust games times, there is no guarantee that it can or will be adjusted. Ensure you CHECK YOUR Schedules often to see if your opponent is trying to reschedule a game and prior to each weekends game to check for changes.
Coaches
Please work together with your club and each other to adjust game times for your schedules. Times are not set in stone and can be adjusted if field time is available.
Use the Reschedule feature in the system to fix or change schedule issues. If you still have issues please contact the TYSA Scheduler with game information @ Scheduler@timberlinesoccer.com and copy Administrator@timberlinesoccer.com
Round 1 is Conference games, Round 2 is Non-Conference games. Some groups have both Conference and Non-Conference games mixed together. If you have 7 or more teams in your age group, the SECOND TIME you play a team is Non-Conference.
